This was Landry's first night out trick or treating. The neighboring town has what they call Moonlight Madness all the boutiques downtown that usually close at 5 or earlier stay open until 8pm. My mother in law runs a clothing store so we had to get out and trick or treat her! She was so excited. Can you tell how happy Landry is =)



Daddy (love love love love this man) explaining to his little man what just happened during a football game. This is where the boys are on most Saturday and Sundays. At 6 months he already loves to watch sports. We could go without TV if all we could have was the sports channels. I never watch TV.

Well as you can tell this post is not about what I am wearing it is more about we have been up to...well what little man has been up to! I have decided to revamp my blog a little bit I am still gonna post an outfit when I can =) Things have really gotten busy here with Landry learning to be very mobile and me trying to keep up with him. There have been so many days I have not gotten out of my "mommy clothes" I am almost embarassed! I keep getting told that it will get easier. So I hope all of you will still hang in there with me through this little change good change I think!
I have been thinking for a while now about doing this after I have started reading so many inspirational blogs and just how positive they are! I have found myself drawn more and more to the "family and the walks with God" blogs.
As most of you know we are in the process of trying to sell our house and move the town that my husband is the Director of Radiology at the hospital. I have been trying sooo hard to be positive through all of this but all of this is really starting to get to me. I pray every night that the Good Lord will send that one person that will fall in love with our home just as we did. We have found a house in the other town but we HAVE to sell this one first before we even think about buying that one. My poor husband has been catching the not great side of me at times I try to be positive but when you have a 6 month old and people calling wanting to come see your house and still no offer it starts to get to you. So all of you out there if you would still keep me and my little family in your prayers. We are praying to be in our new home before Christmas so Landry can have a tree! Speaking of Christmas I have got to get our Christmas pictures scheduled...geeez! Oh and Landry's 6 month pictures. Tomorrow...no wait that will have to wait till Monday. YAY for the wkend I get somewhat of a break.

Okay so I promise I have gotten dressed more than this one time. It just seems so hard to get a picture when you are trying to keep the little one from screaming! Little man is teething we are still trying to sell our house and this momma is just about to go crazy! But yesterday we did go to my husbands family's house they always have a big OU/Texas party in hopes that the Sooners win and we did! BOOMER SOONER! So this is what I wore. I have some t-shirts I could have worn but who wants to wear a t-shirt when that is what I do wear on most days. Like I said I am very afraid that this teething thing is gonna get the best of both Landry and I. So again ladies please keep me and my family in your prayers with the house selling soon! We have had a few interested just not enough that they want to buy. I am praying that we are there before the holidays. Also might keep us all in your prayers for the teething experience....WOW! This is brutal for all of us! I promise to try to get more outfits up soon!

  Okay ladies I am aware this is not the best picture I have posted! This was taken after church both boys were starving and the big one (hubby) was not into taking my picture when he felt like he was gonna pass out from hunger! Yes they love their food! About the little prayer please keep me and my little family in yours tonight or whenever you do yours! You see when we bought our house we did not expect to have little man so soon thought it might be a few more years and plus didnt realize i would stay home full time. Well the hubby works about an hour away and the reason we decided to live where we do is because he did not want me to drive. Well not I am not working and we are trying to get moved to the town he works in. He has tried to find other jobs closer but he loves his job and his employees! Really hard to find great employees! Plus there is a chance he could move up one day sooooo please please pray that we sell our home SOON! We have found a house in the other town but we have to sell this one first. I am really starting to get discouraged but trying to stay positive! So please pray that we selll soon! I am really hoping it happens before the busy holiday season! Also this is a chance for the hubby to see me and the little one more. He is on the road 2 hours most days so wkend is really all we have! Thank you all and God Bless you!

Saturday night the boys took me out to our favorite little mexican restaurant. I had a baked potato and a salad I was not really feeling like mexcian food just glad we went out. I had just gotten this new tank in the mail on Friday and loved it even more than when i seen it on the computer!!! Our wkend did not amount to much. Landry was up most of the night on Saturday which made me want to sleep as soon as he did so we missed church....boooo! I hate missing church throws my whole wk off! Today was a busy day around the house just cleaning and laundry. I am going shopping on Wednesday with a dear friend a new outlet mall just opened here in OK we have both been so excited to check it out. More on that later! Tonight Landry and I went to my parents for supper. Landon was working late and I had not gotten a good visit with my mom in quite a while. It is VERY hot here and I knew their house would be extra chilly! My Dad likes it cold! I am a very hot natured person but I freeze to death at their house. So this outfit was perfect for tonight. I am ready for some fall weather I love wearing cardigans of all kinds! These wedges I am wearing are awesome! Super comfy!! I bought a red pair when I got these cant wait to wear them. I actually forgot about these shoes they had been in my closet for probably 2 years =)

This weekend was short. I guess because we were on the go all wkend. Saturday Landry and Landon slept in then we got around for lunch at Denney's {not my fav but the hubby likes it}. After lucnh it was nap time then that evening we went to Landons moms house for a cookout. YUM.YUM.YUM. His mom and stepdad are in the process of building a house....a beautiful big house! We cannot wait maybe we are excited about the new pool that will be there next summer YES!!! Sunday we got and got ready for church we went to visit Landons grandmother in the neighboring town surprised her at church then lunch then nap time for all of us!!! Today is the start of a very long wk! The hubby is going to be gone a lot this wk...boo! Hospital work never ends. I am thinking Landry and I will go visit my parents this evening. My little brother started the 2nd grade last wk I cant wait to hear all the stories he has in just 2 days!!! Hope everyone has a fabulous Monday! God Bless!
